Anne, Sanne and Lis

First part starts in Århus. Here Anne Linnet creates the girls' band Shit & Chanel alongside with Lis Sørensen, who is more than happy to follow along with the band's main driving force. At the same time a singer in Copenhagen is starting to create a stir of attention on herself: Sanne Salomonsen.

Sanne Salomonsen is in the 1970's Copenhagen's most hardworking singer and is also fighting the battle of the media seeing her as a sex symbol, but in 1980 she gets her artistic breakthrough, when she joins Anne Linnet Band together with Linnet and Lis Sørensen.

Anne Linnet, Sanne Salomonsen and Lis Sørensen are the leading figures in Anne Linnet Band, who become a huge success in the years around 1980, but when the band falls apart the singer's must manage on there own. Which turns out to be both tougher and more dramatic then they had expected.
