No stone will be left unturned as Australia's funniest and brightest take us through the most important stages of existence - from child to adult, to creating and supporting families, to building and managing careers. And what after that? Should we sit on a hill and contemplate the wording of our epitaph, or travel the world? The good news is we don't need to worry about that because the Aunts and Uncles will be doing the worrying for us.
Episodes
The Aunts and Uncles discuss the key moments from their childhood - first memories, games, friends and things you saw that you wished you hadn't.
The Aunts and Uncles talk about what it was like to try and fit in at school, the bullying and being bullied, the excruciating sex lessons from their parents, and the experimentation with hair, clothes and body ink.
The Aunts and Uncles read the riot act on flatmates, eating, drinking, drugs, romances and first cars. They are then asked whether they took this time in their life for granted, or worse, mistook being young for being immortal.
Our Aunts and Uncles discuss the time they discovered they were now adults. They give us the drum on leaving home for the first time, creating hangover cures, and that inevitable near-death experience.
Not all of our Aunts and Uncles have children, but each of them has opinions on how children should be raised. This week they discuss all the stuff nobody tells you before you become a parent.
The Aunts and Uncles talk careers, and tackle the difficult questions of how to keep your dignity when sacked, reach the top without screwing other people over and surviving a workplace scandal with as much grace as possible.
This week the Aunts and Uncles discuss retirement. They lead us through the change of pace and, with sensitivity and humour, map out what an idyllic retirement might look like.
Our Aunts and Uncles negotiate the final frontier and, on behalf of us all, answer the big questions of life; what are they most proud of, what's their biggest disappointment, and is death to be feared or embraced?
