In Episode 1 of Even Filmmakers Need Therapy, the crew pulls back the curtain on the filmmaking process—not with behind‑the‑scenes showboating, but with raw and candid confessions. One by one, key production members sit in front of the camera, offering short, unfiltered reflections on their creative stresses, doubts, and personal challenges. The atmosphere feels less like a production meeting and more like group therapy—equal parts introspective and revealing. The tone shifts from performative to personal as each voice adds a layer of emotional honesty. It’s a bold exploration of the psychological labor behind making a film, where the mental landscape of the crew becomes as central as the final cut.
