Ken Ham and Andrew Snelling spoke at the reEngage Conference in Australia in 2017. ReEngage is an annual conference organized by Operation 513 that is designed to encourage Christians to re-engage in their church; in their community and in their culture. Each year the conference hosts Godly and passionate, local and global speakers, who will provide vibrant teaching, practical apologetics and a Gospel-centered worldview.
“You know what the answer to racism is? You start with the true history of the world in the Bible. There is only one race, we are all related, we are all one family. We all have the same problem of sin, we all need the same solution, Jesus Christ.” –Ken Ham Answers in Genesis CEO/President Ken Ham shows that the biblical worldview eliminates racism, and emphasizes the need for salvation for all people. Using the K9 “kind” (dogs) as an example, Ken shows that real-life observational science is in direct opposition with the belief in evolution. This illustrated lecture covers both natural selection, and the genetic scientific data of the Human Genome Project confirming that there are not multiple races, but one human race!
Join AiG founder and president, Ken Ham, as he gets to the heartbeat of Answers in Genesis’ ministry at Australia’s reEngage conference. Discover how the first eleven chapters of Genesis are the foundation for the gospel. In fact, they’re the foundation for all of Scripture, how we are to live, and the legacy we pass to the next generation. Nations have rejected the authority of the Bible. Churches and families are disintegrating. The solution is to see that the Bible can be trusted . . . from the very first verse!
There are only two starting points—God’s Word and man’s word. Whether we start with God’s or man’s word determines our entire worldview on everything from Origins to the age of the earth, dinosaurs, so called gay “marriage”, and countless other topics. Ken Ham shares the importance of having the right foundation to develop a truly Christian worldview in all areas of life. You need not fear the questions of skeptics like Richard Dawkins and Bill Nye! You will discover answers that break through the academic pride of anyone who doubts the clear account of Creation. While the world (and much of the church) consistently declares the unbiblical idea of millions of years and evolution, we need to share the Bible’s message of sin and salvation.
“But we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness,” 1 Corinthians 1:23 The entire western world is becoming less Christian every day. Cultures like Australia and America that once had enough biblical background to understand the gospel of Jesus no longer grasp the terms used. In this DVD, Ken Ham reveals the importance of getting people on the “right road” to communicate the gospel effectively. Ken contrasts two passages to show how the Apostle Peter and the Apostle Paul preached differently to share the foundational knowledge, power, and hope of the gospel. See how the “radical” approach of turning “Greeks” into “Jews” can embolden pastors, missionaries, and laypeople to go into world and DE-GREEKIZE!
Watch Austrailian-born geologist, Dr. Andrew Snelling reveals the faulty logic of some evidence interpretation methods. Rocks are ultimately dated by methods that measure radioactivity. Yet these are based on three unprovable assumptions – initial conditions, subsequent contamination, and the decay rate of the parent atoms. Copious examples demonstrate that the assumptions used by evolutionary scientists are not even reasonable. And even the measurements today of the decay rates are not trustworthy. So the radioactive dating methods are flawed. Instead, there is much evidence that confirms the earth is young, just as the Bible clearly teaches.
Geologist Dr. Andrew Snelling shows that the extent and order of the rock layers and the fossils they contain indicate that a global inundation (a worldwide flood) occurred and wiped out many creatures burying them in sediment layers across the continents. Powerpoint slides illustrate the amazing details. Fossils had to form by extremely rapid burial of the creatures. The sediment layers had to also form catastrophically. Many of the layers can be traced across continents. The evidence does not support evolution and millions of years. Rather only the Flood of Genesis adequately explains this record of death and destruction on a global scale.
