Harry Bracho

Born in Caracas and raised between Paris, Mexico and London, Harry is a filmmaker and cinematographer trained at the London Film School and Paris VIII university. His work includes award-winning short films like « Bird Songs from Amazonia » and « Bea ». From 2020-2024, he led the Latin American streaming platform Guayaba, and he is now the director of an association by the same name in Biel/Bienne whose mission is the promotion, production and distribution of cinema from Latin America. Based between Paris and Switzerland, he collaborates on interdisciplinary projects in dance, music, theatre, poetry and visual arts, teaches film, and leads workshops for migrants & asylum seekers. He recently finished his latest short film « Caracas » and is developing a docuseries on Latin American visual artists living in Paris.
