Emperor Meiji orders General Nogi Maresuke to construct a spaceship, and the two embark on a journey through space. Produced by Kobe University’s Special Effects Research Club, the 8mm science-fiction film won the Grand Prize in the film category at the 3rd National Cultural Festival.
