The first issue of Polska Walcząca, a monthly newsreel documenting the combat operations of the Polish Army formed in the Soviet Union in 1943–44. The film was produced by Czołówka, a group of filmmakers led by Aleksander Ford, and includes footage of the Battle of Lenino.
